Today (20th September 2021) I had the misfortune to buy an egg Mayo sandwich at the Costa concession in the Weston-Super-Mare General Hospital. It was the driest, most tasteless sandwich ever - absolutely no mayonnaise and, of course, no butter or margarine even the black pepper was sparse. Unfortunately, by the time I had the opportunity to eat the thing I was miles away. Surely, someone should be checking the standard of your goods. This was more than disappointing,
