Just purchased an Echo Chain saw. Used it one day and that was it. The next day it would not start. Call tech help at Echo, no help. Not sure if the Echo tech's have any product knowledge at all. My next step was to take the chain saw to the nearest Echo dealer that can work on them. Forget about Home Depot, I had to drive 80 miles to the nearest Echo repair shop. The Repair shop said I would be 6 weeks before they could work on this Echo junk, which were their words. Well after 6 weeks still do not have my chain saw or a replacement.
