Ecco golf shoes. 2 pair

I sent back 2 pair of Ecco Golf Shoes via Priority Mail. Shipped on 2-18, and there is no update since March 3. Actually, had 4 pair all defective. Worst return process of any item in my life. I may wear once a week tops. No clue why this process takes so long. The only thing more defective than my Ecco shoes, is Ecco's return policy. I have probably 10 pair of Ecco shoes, but will never buy again after this experience. The eyelets broke in 2 pair I sent back, definite defect. Other 2 pair the soles came completely off and I threw away. 200 dollars for shoes and the return process is a complete joke.
