EBT program

I cannot make a ebt purchase because you are requesting me to put my debit card info on my amazon account. It says on the amazon ebt program website you do not need a credit or debit card or have a amazon membership to make ebt purchases. Amazon is misleading people. I made a compliment with the ftc and other consumer advocate organization's thank you
