First of all this is a disaster Second I spoke with the fcc and Lifeline and both have said that the NLAD is not a number that the consumer would have to move forward with your application. My understanding is this is a database that you as a broadband provider would access to verify my info to you is accurate. I am requesting a return call on this subject although I have told the FCC just how easy you are to work with or not
