Due to a significant auto accident with a semi tractor trailer in 2015 led me to a major financial burden that I am still trying to get caught up. The account in question ends in 0476, the original amount showing on the account was $875, After calling and speaking to a representative, I was told if I made a payment of $437.56 by June 21, 2019, the account would be consider settled and closed. The payment was made on June 5, 2019 as an electronic payment. Yesterday, I received 3 different pieces of mail (ur killing the trees!), each indicating receipt of my payment. I am a little concerned that no where does it indicate that the payment settled the account and no further payment would be necessary. I would like a statement indicating that although less than full, the account has been settled and no further payments are necessary.
