I had bought 2 sets of ear pod from naptol both the product one side speaker did not work immediately i registered complaint they said we will replace the product. After waiting for 1 week i call to customer care the said your waiting period is over and repair in local shop. I strongly recommend not to buy any product from this fraud company User's recommendation: Not to buy any product from Naptol.
