abuse and neglect goes on in their facilities daily, ex-specially North Creek Health and Rehab in Bothell Washington.my mother fell in her room her roommate had to walk around the building at 2am to find staff watching tv instead of attending to call lights. My mom was on the floor for 30 minutes. They are under staffed in all areas. The administrator is judgmental against people with disabilities both residents and staff. she looks for any way to get those types of people out and often refuses to admit them unless they have medicare benefits. The entire company is more concerned with money and greed and could care less about the people they are supposed to care for.
