I request a cancellation of my e-life plan last April 29. They told me to pay on apr.30 for the cancellation fee and bill for the month of april but because of the problem in online payment i didn't paid on time. And when I'm going to try to pay again on May 1, they charge again an additional 1month bill for the month of May even we did not use the wifi already . I need help what to do..
