Duplicated billing and no delivery of ordered product

i ordered flowers on 2/19/21 @ 11:49 a.m. After placing order with supervisor (Jesse) he guaranteed delivery for that same day. i gave him my cc # and later that night found out they had billed me twice for the flowers. Customer support (kimberly) agreed that I had been double billed said she would remove the second billing and issue a refund that would show in 5-7 days. On 2/22/21 after numerous calls to customer support and no delivery of flowers I cancelled my order and immediately saw on my customer support that a refund was being issued. I received the first refund that was issued by Kimberly on 2/23/21 and as of yet have not received the cancelled order refund. I have made numerous calls and have been on hold for excessive amounts of time. I will NEVER use Ava's Flowers again and their customer support sucks. I want my freakin' money!!!!! User's recommendation: i will not ever use this company again.
