Duplicate order for yearbook

I ordered a yearbook from Classmates and received an email from them that the order had not been received. I ordered another only to find out later that day that the original order had been placed and received. They have a no refund policy. I feel this is their error but as of today, March 29, 2021 I have not heard back from them concerning this issue. I contacted them as soon as I found the error so no time was wasted in getting in touch with them. I was so excited to find this yearbook. We moved when I was going to be senior in high school. Discovering my junior year yearbook could be purchased was wonderful. Now there's a really good chance I will be paying double for it. Disappointed in their customer care. User's recommendation: Be careful!!! Double check to make sure the order has not gone through.
