Duplicate accounts

Hello, I have been trying to connect with someone on assisting me with deleting a duplicate account. I am trying to use the App but will not allow me to get passed the info, and directs me to CONTACT you. I am beyond frustrated trying to get some assistance. If I can please get some help deleting one of the accounts, so I can just delete both accounts please and thank you.
