This seller, aka (Chase) never actually shipped a product that was requested back in Aug 2011 and rightfully paid for, nor was a refund ever issued. There have been numerous scams from this person through Etsy. (another site that she formerly sold at). She has lied and made many excuses, all of which goes back to her personal life. As a reputable seller there should no NO EXCUSES as to why you leave customers hanging-- by not responding to emails, phone calls, giving refunds, or sending out orders. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced through an online purchase. I highly recommend others avoid ordering from her at all costs. PS: Notice the irony in her email address.
