Dsp5 switch tune

The AutoCAD v3 I have received says it doesn't support the switch for the DSP 5 it will not let me connect to it I paid for it I should get the tunes that I paid for and now I have a non returnable item the email robot won't let me send an email because it says every picture is wrong three pictures of taxis are hard to figure out when you're not a robot I need my tunes for the DSP 5 switch email to me
