Drum 25g pouch

Found multiple pieces of stick Tobacco in my pouch. I would like someone to contact me about this, The pieces I found were very hard and long couldn't roll a smoke with out them putting holes in them. Multi pieces are the same and some are small. I would like this to be resolved and a email sent to [protected]@gmail.com I hope to get a reply back soon
