I've just about had it with this place. This business was supposed the have dropped off a phone from my network provider to me at my address today. What I went and saw was a note on my door today saying "sorry we missed you". This is not the first time they're coming to our house, not ringing the bell and leaving with our package. Now I have to figure out how to leave classes to get it. I don't know how this company keeps getting jobs. This is upsetting. I don't drive so I'm either gonna take Public Transportation or walk to get my package. I don't know who work for this company but I find these people to be very sleezy. This is ridiculous. I mean, what would be the purpose of turning up to my house with my package and leaving with it without attempting to get me? Are these people trying to steal my product or something?
