Driver trying to upload documents

I uploaded the inspection tag, and got texts saying it was blurry and also not the right form. I then uploaded an insurance inspection report, then got a text that it was not the right form. I then had the car reinspected so that the inspection document would be updated with complete information, but still got a text that it was not the right form. I will try the inspection tag again, but after that, I do not know what to do.
