Driver Lied About Deliver Attempt

On Friday, 7/9/21 I was supposed to receive a very time-sensitive package with the following tracking number: [protected]. When I did not get the package, I checked the status of the package I saw the following message: "We made a delivery attempt: 07/09/2021 02:29 PM. Delivery will be attempted again on the next business day. Click Manage Delivery below to take more control of your package(s)." This statement is not true. I was at the delivery location at 2:29 PM and no such attempt was made. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this happened.
