driver and company owner
1
I pulled into the left turn lane by a retail plaza. A white van pulled up behind me. He proceded to honk constantly because I was waiting for a car to pass so I could turn safely. He recklessly turned in behind me and headed down an adjacent street and stopped. I got his license and his company name which was Michiana Restaurant Services. He was obviously annoyed. I asked him what the problem was and he made a comment about me driving, something about cars on the corner, gave me the finger and stormed off into the small business incubator building. He had glasses and a crew cut. I called the company to complain about the driver. I told the person who picked up the that I wanted to complain about a driver. He identified himself as the owner, was very rude, said "I told you don't call here again" and hung up. I had not called before but evidently someone else did. There seems to be a problem with his driver if others are complaining too. Perhaps the owner needs to get a secretary who is skilled at dealing with phone calls and does not harm the company image. If this man is trying to start a business, , his drivers evidently are having road rage issues. Perhaps they should not be driving. and, a business owner who is not interested in complaints from strangers about his company's drivers and business image is not going to have a very good start.
