Hawaii Island Cruise vacation was a breeze with a wonderful AAA Carolinas agent in Asheville so we went back to AAA Carolinas for a Med Cruise vacation and as luck would have it, she was no longer employed there. Our new supposedly [20 year] experienced agent is totally incompetent. Questions, issues, lack of communications, rude face-to-face meetings - and always acting like we are not in the least important to her and we are wasting her time. We just retired and planning to take yearly vacations for the next few years. AAA will not participate anymore, we are done with them. We'll go back to our local travel agent that still believes in Customer Service and Satisfaction.
