Internet has been unusable all summer long. have called consistently every week, always getting the same tower problems excuse. have sent my experience to the fcc. will demand money back for the entirety of the summer. Finally have a competitor to this rise broadband awful monopoly for the first time in over a decade. 5G fixed is a better deal and doesnt throttle you into oblivion after a data cap like rise does (even with unlimited!!) Rise considers streaming abuse of their network in the fine print. so if you are ok with just using it for email and slow online shopping go right ahead..... User's recommendation: absolutely not.
