I added a second bank account to make one payment (the statement balance) and instead they took the full statement balance from each of my bank accounts a week apart (and emailed me one confirmation number for one payment.) I called and they refused to reverse the second payment which was more than my total balance and would have left me with a $38 credit. So, I called my bank and they said it would be $25 to stop the second ACH payment and went ahead and processed that without my signature on the paper and then today I saw where Kohl's has charged me $25 since I stopped their second fraudulent payment that I did not authorize! This is wrong on so many levels, Kohls, you should be ashamed of yourself!!!
