This company is horrible! Do not set up auto pay with CellPay. They double charged the account and then when you ask for it to be resolved they give you a good run around and say that they cant find the account! You mean the same account, email, phone number, transaction ids. These guys are not legit and will double charge and take advantage of unaware customers. User's recommendation: DO NOT USE CELL PAY.
