Double charge with gratuity.

Update by user Jun 15, 2020 The issue was never resolved. The only time I spoke to them, They apologized and stated there was nothing they could do about it. Original review posted by user May 16, 2020 I ordered some food threw chownow. I paid a 15% gratuity. It did not show up on the restaurants side. The delivery person asked if I was going to give a tip. The tip was not on the restaurants copy. I had to give again. I didn't think it was fair to the driver, because I did not have a lot of cash. Less than the online gratuity. I called Chownow , they told me there was nothing they could do about the issue. User's recommendation: Call the restaurants directly.
