Rs 1742 had been debited twice on 1st February 21 while making payment for electricity charges to Torrent Agra .On complaing to concerned bank Canara Bank chhipitola Agra branch amount had not been recredited to my account instead saying amount is lying with you My Sim no 841038**** is linked to Mobikwik Kindly do the needful. User's recommendation: Average.
