Hello Sir or Madam, It seems that your company pitch is a bit off. I was under the impression that this service was supposed to be more "convenient" and help me "save time". Instead, upon this first day of delivery, I find my magazine less than 2 feet away from the road. That certainly is not "doorfront" nor is it "direct". In addition, due to recent mail thefts in the area, we have our new locked mail box. Now that my esteemed magazine is thrown on the ground and no longer deposited into my secure mailbox there is a high possibility that I will not receive it at all. All in all, the service you provide is found to be completely lacking in any and all attempts to provide a single service listed on your flyer. I hope in the future, you actually make an attempt to deliver on your promise, or this 350+ word review will be the least of my efforts. Have a wonderful day.
