We purchased this product to perform takeoffs for commercial door industry. The concept of the product is great, but the execution was lacking. The software had several programing glitches that became frustrating and increased the risk of errors, as well as, the system was not intuitive . Ultimately it did not fit our estimating style. We tried using it on a couple of projects, the small glitches became frustrating. After reaching out to doorboss the programing glitches were not resolved, so we requested a partial refund. We did not receive any correspondence from the company and to this date have not used the program. It was an expensive education and hopefully our experience and can prevent others from having a negative experience as well.
