Original review posted by user May 03, 2021 Simplicikey lock broke after 9 months. I have tried multiple times to contact this company. They don't answer the phone, they don't return emails. I contacted Wayfair, who contacted them, still no answer from Simplicikey. A twoDyear warranty only works with a company that stands behind their product. Wayfair will not stand behind the product they sell either. I will not patronize with company again. $239 down the drain. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY SIMPLICIKEY!! I WOULD RATE A 0 IF IT WERE POSSIBLE.
