I called to schedule an appointment before purchasing a carpet cleaning deal on LivingSocial. The appointment was at least 24 hours in advance, like the terms of the deal stated from 3-5 PM on a Friday. I got a call FROM THE OWNER at 3:30 PM while waiting for the "technician" to show up saying that his technician just called out on him and that no one could come out to clean my carpets so the appointment needed to be rescheduled. THE OWNER told me that he would come out himself the following morning (Saturday) to clean my carpets and would give me an additional discount for my inconvenience. I agreed and rescheduled for Saturday from 10 AM - 12 PM. The following day NO ONE SHOWED, I DIDN'T GET A PHONE CALL, AND THE OWNER STILL HAS NOT RETURNED MY CALL (I'm writing this on Monday following my scheduled appointments)!! Save yourself the aggravation and look elsewhere for carpet/upholstery cleaning... You don't want to bother with this "company."
