Ordered my DD214 on Aug 6th, 2019 and they immediately charged my credit card for $61+. As of Dec 11th, 2019, I have yet to receive anything from them and have been denied a refund. I was also told months later, after numerous unreturned emails, that I needed to pay additional money for the service I requested, and forget the phone number they provide.....it's just a message telling you to use the website! I believe this company to be fraudulent so don't waste your time or money and just go through National Archives which is free and they had my documents to me in less than 2 weeks!
