I ordered a pair of booties and boots. The description was leather. It was a cheap vinyl. The booties were to be brown. They came as this awful camel,orange color. They are too small and no arch support that I could detect. The boots were not the design I order and again not leather. They are also too small. I have tried contacting this company with no results. I will continue to pursue this matter. Makes me mad that because you are out of country you can treat your customers any way you want.
