Unfortunately I purchased this product and regret it. There warranty covers nothing and they look for any loop hole so that they don't have to cover it. Furniture Row explains the program much differently. They don't provide you with anything until after you have purchased the program. The one pager that the Great White Bottling company sent me can be found in the cleaner box which explains there warranty. That's exactly were I would look for a warranty program. What a joke. Stay away from this warranty. The cleaners that they provide also don't seem to be high quality. I'm sure you could buy a much better product for much less.
