I gave both of my daughters Groupon's as a gift. Both daughters took their cars in June 2019. With one Daughters car, I got a call to pick it up her SUV and the roof was not touched. The roof was not washed, clay bared or waxed. So I had to sit and wait a half hour for them to do the work they should have done in the first place. My other daughter took her car in (2015) and they tore her floor mat trying to remove it so they can shampoo the carpet. They left plastic clips and hardware sitting in the car and didn't say anything. With service like this, we will not be going back. I plan to notify Groupon as well as they should remove Car Toys off their list.
