First, we love our 2018 Bay Star 3401 and have driven across the US. While in Washington state contacted Fife rv, Newmar authorized repair, regarding leaking kitchen faucet. They requested photos and detailed explanation,which we did. Was told we would be contacted, waited 3 weeks and no contact. Sent *** emails that went no where,left phone messages that were not returned. Finally went back to dealer where purchased and they did a fantastic job of doing some small warranty repairs. We tried to work with Fife for 6 weeks to get repairs done, finally had to drive 400 miles back to where we bought.
