I ordered a package that came UPS and they left it with the staff. Needless to say the staff only works banking hours, where the rest of the world work longer hours. The package I ordered is for work and I need it as I am heading out of town on a business conference meeting in the morning before "the bank" opens. I call the emergency line as well as the "courtesy" officer to get my package that I need for work, because I have to be on the road before they open. The courtesy officer calls back and is not courteous at all. She would much rather curse you out for "disturbing" her than be courteous or helpful. I believe she called management because she called me back later and said "if I have to get out of my bed to get you a package I am going to charge you a fee." So just wondering how much more courteous this courtesy officer was going to be, I asked how much was the fee and she said $40. "REALLY!!!" They want to charge me a fee to get my own package today, that came today but since it is not between the hours of 9 to 5, I have to pay an additional $40 to either Hunter's Run or maybe to put in the "courtesy" officer's pocket, I don't know. Then as I said ok fine, she asked me can't you just get it in the morning and I replied that I have to be on the road at 8 and the office doesn't open til nine which will make me an hour or more late due to the fact I have to be in Atlanta at a certain time. I then thought, try to make her feel good about getting it - so I said would you please be nice and christian about it and get my package for me because I really need it for work.She then just thought about it and hung up on me and I guess rolled back over. Is it possible she is Muslium?
