3/4 of the applications/utilities don't run when clicked on or a message indicates that there is a problem or the features are unavailable. When the fix tab is clicked nothing happens. There is no customer service as this tab is a dummy link also and nothing opens up when you click on it, so you can't even reach out for support. The biggest concern is they keep trying to take funds out of your bank account even after the subscription has been paid. Multiple emails this time have been sent to 2Checkout support requesting them to not keep trying to direct debit my account as the subscription has already been paid, and they keep trying to debit the account anyway. There has been no response to any emails sent and no support for all of the numerous inactive features/utilities and issues with scamming monies from your account. I have been with Bitdefender for quite a few years but I will not be staying with them and I will definitely be telling everyone I know not to sign up with them as they are clearly not interested in supporting their product or customers. They don't deserve the business.
