bought "Fix-It Utilities" by Avanquest on 3/7/18 from Office Depot for $39.99, because the last Windows update fried my laptop, and this didn't fix it, but thought it would work on a future computer. I sent the rebate for $20 to Avanquest on 3/26/18 with copy of receipt, box upc barcode and box top. Sent an e-mail to them on 6/24/18 to find out about the refund, no one has replied, still haven't received refund and here it is 7/22/18. This was just a scam and I would never buy another product from them, and I know they have my information because I finally had to unsubscribe from them because of daily promotional e-mails.
