Ordered a battery online 170w and the battery was faulty and will not assist with the return of the battery or refund the money for the cost, I am now trying to get my money refunded and as we are in Western Australia they keep tell me we need to deliver it back to then … What the ….. we are 4000km away I am going insane with this company any suggestions please help!!
