I lived on the third floor and rented from this place, and the very first year was pretty good. Got a new downstairs tenant who I believe brought bugs with them. Those bugs exploded and we're all over my apartment. I have never seen an infestation like that in my life. I told as many of the employees of this apartment complex. They brought out the exterminators but they only put down a common chemical which did nothing. It got so bad that the bugs were in my pantry, my refrigerator, and my cabinets. They started to come in my rooms and started crawling on us. One of the exterminators told me to use boric acid and sugar. It got rid of them. 4 months later the exterminators bombed the two downstairs Apartments which of course forced the bugs back up to me again. When it was time for me to move I could not get out fast enough. I had to throw away all of my furniture, and cleaned the apartment completely before I left. The one thing that was definitely cleaned was the refrigerator. After we leave about a month later I get a call from the complex saying that the refrigerator was full of bugs. I explained to them that I cleaned out the fridge and I've told them constantly about the bugs. They wanted me to pay for the refrigerator which turned out to be $2,799. It was a small white refrigerator. That you can find anywhere for about 300 Max. But they wanted $2,799. Which is now officially on my credit report. Do not I repeat do not ever in your life rent from this place. You will regret it
