Don’t do it! Its a scam!

This is the second notice I got from this company. The prize Center address is in Dallas, TX but the return envelope has a return address in Houston, TX. They want me to send $5 for "Research and Data Processing Fee:" This is when I wish I had a $5 from the Monopoly game, I may even send them the $10. Maybe I'll get 24K.
