Don’t count on their customer support

My Pro 1000 garbage disposal is under warranty and is jammed. My plumber has already been here and was not able to remedy the problem. Customer Service gave us the name of an authorized warranty company that does NOT come to our area. Both the plumber and I have spent hours on the telephone today with Insinkerator who CAN'T FIND an authorized company that services our area. After waiting for another lengthy time on the telephone while they were trying to escalate the case, I was finally told that they were busy with other customers and that I could expect a call back within 48 hours. Not acceptable.
