I bought a Maytag dryer 5 years ago. When I bought the dryer the salesman said that their warranty purchase price ($99) would be returned after the warranty period expired if I did not use the service. The dryer worked just fine, so after the time frame was up I tried to contact the liason for the service (with difficulty). Finally was able to reach the person and was told that I will get a $99 voucher to apply towards a purchase of another appliance. The voucher had to be used within 6 months. This wasn;t getting my money back and we don't need another appliance at this time. Find out the "exact" details before buying any warrantys from them.
