I purchased a pair of size 8 shoes. I waited three weeks for the shoes to arrive from China. Although the label said size 8, they were much too big. I contacted the company and asked them to send me a size 7 1/2. They said the next smallest size they had was a 7. That was too small. We exchanged letters every day for a week. I asked for a refund. They wanted a photo of the label. I dont have a smartphone. I said look at your order. Why do you need the label? Then they stopped responding. I filed a dispute with my credit card issuer.
