They defaced my phone when I sent it in to be fixed and denied it even though I sent a picture to them on how my phone looked before I mailed it in to them. They told me that I would have to pay to have my phone fixed even though they dented and scratched it up on the back and bottom of the phone. here's the before pic and the other 2 pics are how they sent my phone back looking like.
