This is the first company I have seen where the customer is always wrong. I tried to order on their website, but could not get confirmation. I gave up. Then a few days later an email suggesting my order had shipped. After I had already made arrangements elsewhere. They never sent a confirmation email, or an email saying when the items would ship. No apology, no working out a solution. Later they told me "10,000 other customers have no problems, Go play the Lottery." Avoid this company at all costs. They are rude and have a terrible ordering process.
