What a horrible company and a horrible experience! I hired them to replace my old fashion wooden windows that I can confidently say kept out the cold drafty wind than their cheap inferior vinyl windows. These windows are drafty and I can actually see my curtains moving when the windows are closed. After two weeks the window pains that Unified installed turned black... I can not see out of them. They said the windows were damaged... the salesman said Air had gotten in it and that's why it turned black. I paid for three windows...they installed two and never returned to put in the third one. The third window is still black... I can't see anything out of it.
