I sent my computer in for repair and when I got it back the Logitech Dongle receiver was missing and they can't find it. I bought a new one on-line but I am not able to get the computer to recognize it. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong or what I need to do to get it to work with my Logitech Mouse and Keyboard? User's recommendation: I did not get a reply from my question but ended up calling CS and the person I talked to gave me the part number I needed. They were out but was able to find it on E-Bay. Problem solved.
