Had service scheduled, was at home sitting by the front door between 1 - 5 pm as agreed. Service person never showed. Instead, they reported that we weren't home. No call. No heads up. Just an ambiguous email saying they service had been concluded… it had not. Called in to inquire about the appointment. They person on the phone was courteous and helpful. She called back and as an individual went above and beyond and unsold us on a maintenance package. All for not because here we are again - 2nd day in a row they didn't show.
