This flooring company took a $1,600.00 deposit to do my friends hardwood floors. However, he never came back to do them. He wont return her calls. Its been months since theyve done this. Any suggestions on how to recoup her loss? Shes not the 1st person hes done this too. Her whole living room is a mess. This company is in northeast Ohio.
