I am very disappointed that Bank of synovus does not know anything about international transactions. I spent over 3 hrs on the phone 11 calls back to back . So here is the problem Every call I was told all is set to make a purchase in the UK from USA Each time transaction was blocked From bank of synovus On all calls bank of synovus had to repeat the same actions And guess what 3 hrs of calling With England on hold yep ...what a big cell bill I will be getting And still nothing accomplished. I will be traveling over seas next month And will make sure i transfer my money to a different bank before I leave If a bank does not know how to do a international transaction while I am in USA then traveling overseas is a no no using synovus. At this point for international purchases I give a 0
